Ava is a terrible new wannabe Stylist with a bad attitude. She needs to humble herself and realize she is new and NOT a fully trained Stylist.
I had a mixed experience during my recent visit. I checked in online about 20 minutes before arriving, and I showed up roughly 15 minutes before closing. When I walked in, there were two other people who seemed to have just walked in as well. One of the stylists at the front seemed irritated and made a comment about us “risking coming in” that close to closing time, which made the situation feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. I went to this salon bc my usual salon is now closed but I think I found my place. Madison was great & she listened to me & what I wanted. We laughed & had a great conversation. See ya in about 6 weeks.
Love this place! Fast service and all of the staff are super. Our go-to place for haircuts. Fair prices and good promos!
