I've been coming to this place regularly for the past year, and I've usually had a good experience. However, during my most recent visit for a haircut, I was disappointed. One of the hairstylist's workstations was not clean. There was hair from previous customers left on the clippers and scattered across the workstation instead of being cleaned up. Undoubtedly this is the best Great Clips that I have ever been to. I visited on Jun 21 2026(Sun), and everyone is so sweet and very professional. The stylist who cut my hair (I guess her name is Olivia or Liv, a young lady) was so sweet and patiently cut my hair and styled my beard. I dont think I got this kind of hospitality in any other Great Clips center before. I am definitely going again to this center only! :)
