Ava is a terrible new wannabe Stylist with a bad attitude. She needs to humble herself and realize she is new and NOT a fully trained Stylist.
I had a mixed experience during my recent visit. I checked in online about 20 minutes before arriving, and I showed up roughly 15 minutes before closing. When I walked in, there were two other people who seemed to have just walked in as well. One of the stylists at the front seemed irritated and made a comment about us “risking coming in” that close to closing time, which made the situation feel uncomfortable and unprofessional.
