The waiting has gone down hill big time the last couple of years. Rather your a check in or walk in if your next in line or second the feel of disrespect is crazy. I understand being on your feet cutting hair one client after another but when your have been in your shift a couple of hrs and you know you have customers that want you to do their hair and your just talking, in the break room or whatever they need to take their client and not make them wait. Getting on the wait list by using the GC app is easy. The estimated wait time has been consistently accurate. The senior rate is appreciated. Having my haircut specifications in the database ensures that I get the cut I want. The stylists are always friendly. Always a good experience.
Bree was wonderful. I showed her a picture of what I wanted on my phone, and she matched it exactly. She also noticed the way I and every other stylist I've had cut it was wrong because of the direction my hair grows. I'm sure cutting and styling it with that in mind contributed to her doing better than anyone else. She also has an amazing personality, and is a joy to talk to. I will be calling and asking for her by name next time I need a trim.
