Well, I experienced the worst haircut of my life here....I'm not even sure how the hairdresser (Ceasar I think his name was) did it so badly. I clarified at the beginning of my haircut before he started I wanted my bangs cut at an angle, as I style my hair back and to the left with gel, with the angle of my bangs ideally from the middle of my left eye (shorter on the left side of my face) down to the middle of my right cheek (longer on the right side). Terrible experience! Extremely rough and unprofessional.I took my son here for a haircut today, and it was an absolute nightmare. The female stylist had a horrible attitude and was incredibly impatient.During the haircut, I noticed my son looked miserable and in pain. I then realized she was pushing down his head with unnecessary force and aggressively pulling his hair！It was heartbreaking and infuriating to see my child being treated so roughly.This stylist completely lacks professionalism and empathy. Cesar was the barber we had today, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. I have never seen someone struggle so much with a simple children’s haircut. Clear directions and instructions were given, yet the haircut still came out uneven, choppy, and completely unlike what was asked for. A children’s haircut should not be this difficult for a professional barber. Honestly, it seems like some basic skills were missed along the way.
