My wife went in to get a haircut. Asked for it to be at shoulder length. Cut an extra 3 inches off and kept adding stuff into her hair without permission and adding layers. Completely went against what my wife wanted. Definitely not going back.
I have been coming to Great Clips for about a year now. Courtney cut my hair the first time I came into the store. I was pleased with the results so I always have her cut my hair. The price is fair and the hair cut is consistent. I will keep coming here for my haircuts.
They have my cut style saved so no matter which store I go to they always cut it the same!
