I’ve been coming here to get my daughters hair cut since she was an infant, always had a lovely experience with the stylist. This time around there was a new hair cutter working and she just looked like she wasn’t pleased to be cutting her hair, would push her head down a few times in not the most gentle way, if she even slightly moved and the whole experience had me feeling uncomfortable- i had to constantly check in and make sure she was okay. Great for lower budget hair cuts but don't recommend for quality. I had thick shoulder length hair, asked to get it thinned on the sides and cut off split ends, even showing a reference picture of what I was going for. Ended up with my hair looking like a pixie cut and it being uneven on both sides. Months of hair growth and volume gone.
