Went to the wrong hair place and walked out in tears. Thought I'd see if anyone at Great Clips could fix my hair. All of the ladies were sooooo amazing from the moment I walked through the door!! Nicole wound up rescuing the butcher job that the other place did and made me feel awesome. I'll definitely be going back!! Thank you so much ladies!!
All ladies in this location of great clips are absolutely amazing. Always looking forward to get my haircut here. Since I moved to this area, I always go Great Clips at Crosspointe plaza!! Thank you for great service and friendly staff!!
The quality of the cut itself was okay it just that the hair dresser I had was completely checked out, I had beautiful long hair that I wanted to donate but they couldn't for the life of her understand that I wanted to save my hair it was really annoying and eventually just gave up trying to get her to understand seemed like all she cared about was getting it done as fast as possible.
Aislin did a great job on my haircut. She is also very nice! Thank you!
