Beware before you go here, they cannot cut to the requested lenght. I asked for a cut 5 inches below the shoulder and just received a cut that is an inch above the shoulder That is 6 inches shorter than requested, how can they do it so wrong.. It is an awful cut and uneven. I contacted Great Clips customer service and they were unable to help as this is a private franchise and only forwarded my complaint to them.I have heard nothing back Inow have to buy some hair extensions to even be able to put my hair up.
