Took my mom for a haircut for the first time. From the moment we walked we felt unwelcome especially by Alejandra. She asked if my mom had a profile with them which she didn’t so I made her one and the wait time said 30 minutes. When our wait time was over, Alejandra took another client saying ‘I have to make my own client and you wait for the other girl’ in the meanest way possible. We got up and left and no one even bothered to apologize or give a damn in the world. Never going back to any Great Clips ever!
