I had a terrible experience at this Great Clips in The Crossing Antioch. The stylist who cut my hair was careless and unprofessional. Not only did they rush through the haircut, leaving it uneven and poorly done, but they also coughed multiple times without covering their mouth or sanitizing their hands before touching my hair. Checked in online at 6:30 and showed up to the salon in 10 minutes. Showed up 15-20 before they closed for a quick haircut. Walked inside and found no one inside. Then a stylist came from the back and told me, "They're done for the day..." I said,"dont you guys close at 7." She then told me,"we're closing early today." I need a new shop. Sport Clips failed me. I filled out a form online with all my info and click make appt. It said 45 minutes. I had to drive here from sport clips. Perfect. I get there. 2 haircutters, 2 customers. I walk to the counter. See my name at number 4. I sit down. Lady finishes her cut comes to me and tells me to fill out the form. Made an appointment for my son and was told they can’t do a child’s Mohawk fade. Jordan at the deer valley location let me know it’s considered a “barber’s cut” and they aren’t “barbers” 🥴 which honestly just left me confused… especially since most of their clients are male. I appreciate her being upfront about it, but it’s super disappointing that no one there can do such a common cut.
