Brought my 8-year-old brother here for a haircut, and he left with cuts and visible scratches around his ears and neck. A haircut should never cause injury, and this showed a lack of care and professionalism. We won’t be returning and hope the business takes steps to prevent this from happening again, especially to children.

I check im wait 35mim show up 12 minutes early and im first on list and they just take other customers. The check in system is pointless.

I had a terrible experience at this Great Clips in The Crossing Antioch. The stylist who cut my hair was careless and unprofessional. Not only did they rush through the haircut, leaving it uneven and poorly done, but they also coughed multiple times without covering their mouth or sanitizing their hands before touching my hair. It was extremely unsanitary and made me uncomfortable. When I asked to speak to the manager to address the issue, I was told they weren’t available.
