My husband brought my 2.5 year old for a haircut and the experience was awful. The person who cut his hair was constantly getting angry with my toddler for not sitting still, making comments and was blatantly rude. You can barely tell he got a hair cut. I understand toddlers can be difficult, but it’s even more difficult when you’re being rude and not trying to help the toddler get through the haircut. Don’t cut children’s hair if you’re going to be rude to them.

Asked for my 7 year old granddaughters hair to be trimmed straight across, this is no where near straight, its a hack job. On top of that I was not able to download the 12.99 coupon, and when I showed the girl she had no idea how to fix it. So I e mailed customer service and was told it takes 24 hours to upload the coupon. It doesnt say that on the advertisement, and the worker never said that either. Lots of people read reviews and look at social media and this will be on both. Rotten shame I have to pay someone else to fix... read more
