Investing in my own clippers. $50+ in (started with a bad cut from the Holyoke location) and it's going to be clippers now. I tell her I have wavy hair and don't want to have to style it with curling irons etc, ...she sends me out with a cut for straight hair telling me I 'have to blow it out with a round brush' Zero listening skills
