For East Longmeadow location - definitely Brittany (sorry if spelling is wrong), she does a great job with fading and no sideburns, great haircuts always. You can call and confirm if she is working on the day you need and you can actually say you are there to see her when you are in. She is off on Wednesdays.
Bobbie at the Esdt Longmeadow location has been cutting my hair for years. She is always friendly, efficient and gives me a great haircut.
I come to get my hair cut about every few years, I have very long hair that I am very nervous about getting cut. I went in and was immediately greeted with smiles, and only waited a few moments before getting in the salon chair. Bobbie was my stylist and she was absolutely fantastic. She was very helpful and very honest with her knowledge. I felt very comfortable and so relieved that she took my concerns and my hair seriously.
