Brought my kid in for his back to school haircut. Show the lady who cut my son's hair the haircut I wanted for my son but she cut the bangs too unevenly short (not layered) and odd sideburns that look barely like the picture. She also nick my son's ear with the clipper and then she kept wiping his ear with a towel but it didn't stop bleeding so I had to ask for a bandaid. This is the first time I ever stepped into this hair & barber shop. I madr my appointment on-line & the app shot back a time I needed to be there & off I went. I did it from my home & when I got there I was greeted by a nicest hairdresser (her name alludes me at the moment). I sat down told her I used a number 2 clipper & we talked & I paid & left.
