I came in today for a routine haircut over my lunch break and got a brand new hairstylist. At first I didn’t think anything of but I became increasingly less satisfied as the appointment continued. The appointment took well over an hour making me late of my break and the stylist seemed very unconfident in herself. Had an awesome experience with the stylist Julie. She did an awesome job and has a lot of knowledge! I did the online check in and only waited 5 minutes when I got there!
