I had a great experience with Lindsey at Great Clips! She was super kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure I was happy with my haircut. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Lindsey if you’re looking for a stylist who truly cares about her clients!
Terrible experience…. I booked my appointment online to avoid a wait. Great Clips claimed no wait time and no one was in line or in front of me. I walked in for my scheduled appointment. There were at least 4 people working. No one waiting… the lady told me to have a seat and someone would grab me in a minute. I took a seat…. Again another lady comes up and asked if I made an appointment, which I told her yes I did online.
