I went and got layers the layers were good but I looked up and it was above my shoulders . I complained the next day called in didn’t even write a review . I went back the girl who cut my hair made a point to tell me the girl who cut my hair was so good at layers I get home to style my hair and she intentionally chopped the back of my hair up to top of my head almost in unattached not layers at all a mess I can’t even blow dry it into a style the hair goes forward not back like feathers layers and the layers are intentionall... read more

Do not waste your time trying to visit this salon. The staff have far more important things to do like leave and get breakfast instead of servicing waiting customers. The past two times I have tried to visit have resulted in unnecessary and lengthy wait times after I had already been approached and verified that I was already checked-in. A complete sh!t show of a salon and a terrible experience should be expected.
