I left very unhappy with my haircut a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, I did not get at all what I asked for and my hair was very choppy afterward. I didn’t want to complain when I left because I felt the stylist was underqualified to fix the issue at that point. I ended up having to go to another salon to have it corrected. I went to J Joseph in Lutz and asked for Parker, who did a great job fixing the cut. I wish I had left happy the first time, but that was not my experience.
Check in online works great. Heleche does an excellent job. She works with your hair, so it is easy to style at home
Rima did such an amazing job cutting my hair today. I will definitely be a returning customer.
