I had a bad experience three years ago at this location. I decided after a couple of months to try again. We met Ms. Ibti and have been returning to her ever since. She is friendly, professional and her haircuts are exactly what we ask for every time. Thank you Ms. Ibti.
My sons have gotten hair cuts here since they opened. The ladies are always friendly and professional. I don’t think I would go anywhere else. The ease of checking in online and having your preferences saved should be standard at all salons.
Shelvi shaved part of my son's eyebrow and when I told her she said "I didn't do that. Did you see me do that? " Getting defensive and upset. The manager had to step in and do the cut and gave me a discount bc of the lack of customer service and his one eyebrow being shaved. Do not recommend this place!
