I’ve been getting my hair cut at this Great Clips for probably 10 years now. I always ask for Pam, she does a great job. I love the online check-in, it’s so convenient and I use it every time.
This is the last time I go to this Great Clips location because this was one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve had. I went there Sunday afternoon and believe the stylist had a straight attitude to begin with and was exemplified when I asked if the promo code I had for a $9.99 haircut was honored at this location. She had to confirm with another stylist that I could use it. I told her I wanted a trim with long layers throughout, which is what I normally get when I come in.
