This is the last time I go to this Great Clips location because this was one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve had. I went there Sunday afternoon and believe the stylist had a straight attitude to begin with and was exemplified when I asked if the promo code I had for a $9.99 haircut was honored at this location. She had to confirm with another stylist that I could use it. I told her I wanted a trim with long layers throughout, which is what I normally get when I come in. Pam at Great Clips beside The Village Inn (Promenade S/C) is awesome! She has been cutting my hair for years!!! She even helped me find my coupon that I had saved!

I had a bad experience three years ago at this location. I decided after a couple of months to try again. We met Ms. Ibti and have been returning to her ever since. She is friendly, professional and her haircuts are exactly what we ask for every time. Thank you Ms. Ibti.

My sons have gotten hair cuts here since they opened. The ladies are always friendly and professional. I don’t think I would go anywhere else. The ease of checking in online and having your preferences saved should be standard at all salons.
