I went in there 1/23/15 with my 2 and three year old and waited about 15 min no one acknowledged us a customer walk in the door and sat rite down ahead of us... still no one even said HI... I was in there the day before and the older lady kept telling me I need to make a online apt. and was RUDE LAST TIME I GO THERE WENT TO DUKES AND LORDS ON ROCKFORD AVE THE HONERED THERE COUPONS!!!
