Polite and professional
I am so glad I came to Great Clips! I woke up wanting a haircut that morning and I had a coupon. Lucky me except I kept getting tied up and ended up showing up about 20 mins before closing time. I felt horrible coming so close to closing, but the girls were both friendly and encouraging and I stayed. I am so glad I did because my hair looks fantastic and feels so much better.
