Well they just lost me as a customer I'll find a new shop I walked in , there were two Barbers only one Barber was cutting hair second Barber was talking to a customer about their debit card for 12 minutes while I waited then an online appointment person comes in and takes my place which they could have cut my hair during the time that I sat there and waited. Not that it matters but I'm also a senior and handicapped
Great great experience.....I was having a hard time explaining the cut I wanted because I went from shoulder length to a very short pixie. The first lady who came to assist me asked a colleague who took over and helped. She started slow and asked lots of questions to ensure it's what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and kind and even switched razors as she could tell I was a little uncomfortable with the pulling. I would highly suggest this location for a good haircut at a good price.
