I walked in without making an appointment and was warmly greeted by Alicia the manager. I waited about 15 minutes and Zenaida gave me a perfect cut. She listened to me and then we talked about her plan then she started cutting my hair sectioning and rechecking. I was so happy when she showed me the back of my head...it was perfect. 8/9/25 @1pm. Wait time stated 6min when I checked in, however this turned into over 30min because the two women working spent more time jabbing with their girlfriends/clients than they spent cutting hair. You might as well multiply the wait time by 5x when these two are working. The male stylist Kevin was quite good, not only in quality, but he finished THREE cuts in the time I was there, while the two women were still on the same person an hour later.
I had never been to a Great Clips before and decided to go in. I received excellent service from a young lady named Alicia. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. She did a great job. I will definitely be going back to her for my next haircut.
