I’m so disappointed in this salon, went in to get haircut and style. Haircut is uneven wanted layers got uneven layers one side is much shorter than other side wanted face framing layers that is definitely what I didn’t get, the lady I had couldn’t style hair worth a darn. My hair is so messed up now, this is why I don’t trust anyone with my hair anymore. The haircuts are fine, but the online checkin at this place is regularly messed up. I can check in and the timer will simply never count down. Or, like today, it starts at about 70 minutes, slowly counts down to about 20 minutes, then jumps to 90+ minutes. Also, they checked me in, even though I'm not there, so I can even cancel it. They need to fix whatever is wrong with the system at this location.
