It was the best haircut I have received in several years. It was outstanding!
The charge came through higher than was authorized, and I requested a correction from my cutter. She suggested I take it up with the bank, but a second cutter correctly referred me to her DM rep, and she followed with Texts and calls until the matter was quickly resolved. Now, that's proper customer service, folks!
