Didn’t get the name of the gentleman that cut my hair (he’s the one that got into this field around 1999 & sings along to the songs playing in the store often) but he was so helpful and it was such a pleasant experience! I recently had chemotherapy and a lot of my hair fell out, especially on top. I told Jose what I expected and he made it happen. Very satisfied with the outcome.

I've had some really Great haircuts there. I left one star because of one of your stylist named Ruby. Gave me a terrible haircut a year ago before I left town. Now a year later and this was worse than the first. I signed up online. I showed up with approximately 10 minutes wait time. Somebody greeted asked me if signed online,I said yes. Absolutely disgusted with my haircut, the hair stylist did not listen to what I asked. I let them know 2 time what I was wanting. They just did the basic and was done. By the time I realized the one thing I asked for was not done it was to late they were already done with my hair. I frequented the great clips in lake city FL all the time and was always happy with the service, but do to this one experience I will never go back to another great clips.
