They Cut bald spots in your head twice sat down in the chair after waiting there for 30 minutes & then someone else walks in and they made me get up and had them take my place. Then today they checked in the person who came in after I came in before me.

I was really excited to try Great Clips, but unfortunately, I left disappointed with my haircut. The lady who cut my hair, the one with the tattoo, was very nice and I spoke with her politely. I showed her a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and explained how I wanted it cut. She clearly knows how to cut hair, but unfortunately, she did not follow the hairstyle and length that I requested. Katie is a Godsend. She has cut my hair for YEARS, and most of my family. She gets it right every single time! My wife and I drive from Jacksonville because she is the only one we trust to cut our hair. Not only is she skilled, but she is literally one of the kindest people I know. She genuinely cares about her clients. She asks about my family every time I see her. This location deserves so much praise, great people, great service! 👏
Not great, sorry 😐 but it's the truth I thought it would get better after a couple days and just got worse.
