I’m very happy with my experiences at your Haile Village store . Specificity Christine she’s very talented and friendly and makes sure your customers are satisfied. She’s definitely a keeper!
The last three times I e been to get my haircuts, the stylists don’t listen to how I want my haircut. They keep shaving the back of my hair off with the clippers, when I get a scissor cut. I’m not happy with my cut. She cut it so short you can see through to my head ! I like Great Clips, and will be back, but I would like a haircut like I show them. A haircutting lady with blue hair and glasses was very rude the whole time and showed subtle hints of ableism and racism . Absolutely unacceptable !
