I have gone twice to the location in Butler Plaza (so, this review is ONLY for my experience in Butler Plaza). The first time I got a so-so haircut, but nothing terrible. I was OK with it. The second time, I asked to get an "inverted Bob" hairstyle, and I showed her pictures in a magazine, and the lady butchered my hair.
