Every time I call the AI says they’ll transfer me to someone in the store and hangs up. If I can’t contact the person I like to cut my hair then I’m not going to your store to get my haircut. Might be something to pay attention and resolve.
I have been going to Great clips Columbia tech salon in Vancouver Washington for about 3 years now. The service of stylist have always been very good. But! I have had the worst experience connecting with coupons. I have not had one successful going through Facebook going through an app going through whatever I could find. So I'm really disappointed you do not offer your coupon discounts as the same for every salon salon across the country and make it easy to access please and thank you.
I get right in every time. The only place that isn't charging $30 for a 5min haircut nowadays
