Absolutely wonderful experience and great hair cut and style! Karen is an absolute doll and tamed a mane that needed some serious TLC. She went over and above and it was one of the best experiences I have had yet getting my hair done. If you want someone who knows what they're doing and can give you exactly what you are looking for, ask for Karen at this location. You won't regret it.

So what's the point of online check in if you're still going to go off "first come first served"? I checked in online, the app texted me 15 mins ahead to say come to the store. I walked in, and there were two people waiting My name was number 1 on the list. The staff member asled everyone's names, and one of the people pointed to their name and said they are number 2.
