So I have bee coming to location for a year now , and I'm inside watching these 2 barbers take everyone that came after me. Like I'm not sitting here just waiting on a simple neck trim. Although when I walked in there was only 1 person in the waiting area and 2 people in the chair. I was the only African-American person in there and I was the last person sitting in the waiting area although I came in before the six people who came in after me.

So upset! I came in for a basic trim and expressed how important it was to me to even out my cut with taking to least amount of length off. I explained to the lady with curly blonde hair (forgot her name) that my hair is currently straighten and is wavy when wet. She sprayed my hair down so it half straighten, half wavy and proceeded to cut my hair. My husband and I always go to the Great Clips at 5730 Ogeechee Rd in Savannah Ga. and have Walter cut our hair. He has been cutting our hair for about 10 years now and he ALWAYS does a perfect job. Walter's just like part of our family, that's how well we get along with him. Now, all of the other hair stylists are great at their job too, but we just really hit it off with Walter. Never got any service. This location is really a barbershop. The only women in this location was me and 2 female barbers. I checked in before leaving work in Pooler, with a 36 minute wait. It took about that long to get there. I arrived and no one acknowledged me, so I sat down. I saw I was second in line. 1 barber completed and cleaned up and a male sitting in the waiting room got up and got in his chair. Then more men walked in and a female barber took care of them. I felt completely ignored.
