Awful. I did the online check-in and went in 10 minutes before my turn. I walked in and was told the wait time was 57 minutes. When I told them that I did the online check-in and it was my turn, and my name was #1 on the screen, I was told them more people checked in after I did and that's why I had to wait so long. But they checked in AFTER I did, which implies that it's MY turn before them. She said I had to wait the 57 minutes, so I walked out. I'm not sure what the point of the online check in is.
