All the septum piercings in the world, no personality whatsoever. Barely competent, reluctant to work. I can't think of a single thing about this place i would recommend.
I went in for a trim and asked for a couple of inches off the bottom, demonstrating where I wanted it cut with my fingers. Instead, Lauren took 5 inches off, cut my hair unevenly (one side longer than the other), and there was tagging at the ends. I was shocked and really disappointed by the loss of length, but there’s no going back with that.
