Recently had a VERY bad experience at another location but Elayna did an amazing job fixing it. I thought I was going to have to wear wigs from the chop job but she was patient, explained everything to me and was very gentle and kind with my emotions and how distraught i was. Thank you again so so much
Terrible experience. The hair stylist did not get a full understanding of the cut that I wanted. Did not do a good job on the cut. It's worse than what it was before. Does not know how to shape curly hair at all. At the end I asked him to blow dry my hair to straighten it, and he said he "doesn't do that" what kind of hairstylist can't do a basic technique. Older white gentleman, white hair, mostly balding, ponytail. I would not recommend.
Miranda is the BEST! The only person I will let cut my hair. She is professional, efficient, and kind! Thank you for always taking such good care of me.
Online appointment are simple and easy.
Angelique provides poor customer service. Her demeanor and rude comments make it seem like she doesn't even want to work. The haircut was overly aggressive, especially if she finds it too complicated. Horrible experience overall.
