Checked in online. App said I was 3rd in line. When I got to the store shortly before 3:00 they said they are closed. I told them I checked in online and they said they don’t do anything about that. When I tried to check in at another location it would not let me because I was checked in at this location and I even tried to cancel my check in. The other location stayed open till 5:00. Called this location the day before I came to ask if they would kindly do a return of an upopened and unused product within 30 days. The very kind lady said a manager would call me back which they did. The manager was also very very kind and said I could return the product no problem tomorrow morning. I arrive the next morning with my baby in tow, and was denied a return because its not from the same location. I don't understand why I would be told I could come and then be denied. The nice lady that took the time to cut my grandson's hair really listened to what I wanted. Gave me the results and didn't make me feel like I was asking too much.
I took my daughter and the lady that cut her hair did amazing. So i decided to go and have the worst haircut ever. It’s very uneven in the front and back.
