My son got his hair cut on Wednesday and now has a bacterial infection on his hair line because the women who cut his hair did not sanitize the clippers. No doubt there are other people have been affected by this. Please! Make sure all your employees sanitize their utensils after every cut!!!
Worst hair cut ever. The lady who cut my hair, didn't know how to read the great clips notes . She was supposed to do scissor cut but she did trimmer on the sides and back. She never said it was her fault, and blamed that it was my fault that it wasn't on the notes to do scissor cut. When asked to give discuss because it was her fault, she only gave 2$ discount on the 20$ hair cut. After geting a haircut here on wensday, I got a rash. The woman who cut my hair was an older woman with short grayish hair. She was hesitant to use the clipper for some reason. Then after she gave me a bowl cut. I complained it wasn't what I asked for, and she finally used them. That night my skin turned red and started to blister. Turned out, I got a bacterial infection around my hairline where she cut.
Went in with my daughter to get our haircut. I have to say the lady my daughter had did a great job taking the time to cut her hair in sections. We both have long thick hair. On the other hand. The person i received was in a rush. She barely combed it and never even combed the underneath to make sure it was all straight but cutting. Will never go there again. Completely disrespected by the staff. They have bad attitudes and were bickering at each other and one of them jumped a customer ahead of me and another customer. I left and will never return.
