Yesterday I went for a haircut expecting a clean and professional style, but honestly this turned out to be the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. The hairstylist, an lady with glasses, barely listened to what I asked for even after I clearly showed a reference picture and explained exactly how I wanted it. She started cutting randomly from the back and then from the middle of my hair instead of sectioning and combing it properly like a professional stylist should. Fixed / better kids cut than the kids place we went to. Stylist a bit tough in comments toward a 3yo sitting still...um he's 3, but we got it done. Thanks!
The online checkin is totally pointless. Staff will cut the line with people. The staff smells like booze and slurs when talking you. Hair cuts uneven and terrible. This place is a dump.
