Came in for two haircuts. When I let my hair down, an immediate Rapunzel comment was made, when I reality my hair wasn't that long. I stated I wanted a few alopecia patches covered when I let my hair down. (I HAVE PCOS) and a comment was made about me wearing my hair up. ITS NOT FROM THAT ITS FROM MY PCOS AND GENETICS!! Don't do it. Pay the extra money and get a good haircut. This place is not it. Had to go have my hair fixed elsewhere after the chop job they did.
My brother in law got his hair cut and came home needing a haircut. His cut was done by a young girl who must have been right out of school as a coworker did check in to ask if things were ok. His hair still curled up over his ears and the fuzz on his neck hadn't been touched. We spoke with the owner, Mr. Friend and he provided us satisfactory compensation for this inconvenience.
