I have always loved going to this location for my haircuts and trims. I have never had a bad experience. I used a coupon and checked in with app. I do not recall the ladies name that cut my hair. But, she did exactly what I wanted. Thank you!
Cut my hair just the way I like it. Always get the same stylist. This location seems not to have the turn over rate like other locations.
On Mother’s Day, I called ahead to confirm closing time and was told they closed at 5 PM. I arrived at 4 PM for my scheduled haircut, only to be told they were leaving early and would not take me, despite already being on the list. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. Because of this, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location to others.
