Trash. Worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. I will never go back. Do not go there. Avoid this place at all costs make the extra drive go somewhere else. I was told by Customer Service to go back after receiving a choppy, uneven haircut. Well I got the manager named Rachel and this didn't work out either. Rachel defied everything she saw about my haircut and everything I said. She insisted that my hair was feathered when it was choppy instead. My hair was cut straight in the back and rounded in the front, giving it a very weird shape, but it was uneven also. She said my hair was rounded. They tried fixing my hair after a stylist on 10th completely messed it up, and they didn't charge me. They did their very best to fix it. They are very friendly in here and they seem to know what they are doing. This location gets very, very busy, so wait times can be long. Free open parking lot with plenty of parking spots.
