The beautician here are absolutely wonderful!!!! Always friendly and give great haircuts. I always leave here with a smile on my face. Glad to have them so close to home.
Issue: Door locked before closing time. I understand not wanting to stay later than necessary. I do not understand the door being locked at 6:45, after I was allowed by the app to check in, with staff sitting at the front just staring at me. I just needed my sides shaven and I always tip 20-30% This is a specific crew issue, I've had good experiences here otherwise. Here's hoping management looks into the early closure, followed by coaching the stylists on their communication and time telling skills.
