Terrible. Hair cut so bad even after stopping her 3 times to fix it i had her just shave my head. Beard was lopsided. Had to have that fixed n still left patches of long hair on my neck. The one guy who works there is a master of his craft. He does great bit this is the 3rd lady to completely mess it up. Its simple. Shave the sides up high n blend it in. Absolutely terrible. It was hard not to cry. I asked for my daughter’s bangs to be trimmed right above her eyebrows. Instead it was cut nearly two inches above her eyebrows. Immediately the stylist looked at me and said with fear, “is that too short?!” I told her “yes”. But too late to do anything. Then I get to the car and realize it’s crooked too. I’m embarrassed for my child and wish I had never gone there. My daughter’s been to salons before and did great sitting still and listening to directions. But She now looks like ... read more

Hello! I always have gone to great clips on state st to get my hair done. I have very thick hair and will normally have my hair cut a inch, and Bob cut in back while layered and thinned. Always have done great but last year I went and a lady I wasn't familiar with cut my hair too short! And didnt do anything right. Was disappointed. I don’t even know where to begin. I walked in here and straight up pointed out that I wanted a fade half way up. Even drew a line with my finger. The lady had me turned completely away from the mirror so I couldn’t see anything. She put the mirror infront of my face and I just turned red. My fade isn’t a thing. It’s a straight line at the tippy top of my head all the way around leaving a blob of curls at the top and the rest almost bald with uneven patches.
