Lovely staff is always friendly and fast
Really bad hair cut, horrible customer service. Not communicative at all. Barely knew what was happening half the time. Didn’t even confirm my haircut
I took my kids here today and had a very negative experience. The stylist who cut my daughter’s hair didn’t ask how short I wanted it she just started cutting, said she was doing a ‘cute girl hairstyle,’ and ended up taking off much more than I asked. I’ve been carefully maintaining her hair myself, and I only wanted a trim. Another stylist combed through my son’s curly hair with very little water, which made detangling rough and uncomfortable.
