About seven years ago I went to another Great Clips in Parma and had a bad experience where I ended up with the shortest bangs known to man. This year before going to a wedding, I wanted to get a quick trim and have some curls put into my hair. My usual stylist was unavailable, so I figured I'd go to Great Clips because I thought that there was absolutely no way a trim and some curls could go wrong. I WAS WRONG.
