Great service by staff
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel like I have to warn others. I went in for what we both agreed would be a simple trim, just under 2 inches to remove my dead ends. I specifically did not ask for layers. Instead, my hair was cut with layers all throughout, and now it’s incredibly choppy, uneven, and doesn’t blend together at all. I was absolutely devastated. Zero star. Worse service ever. Today, we had 3 appointment for haircuts and wash. But "Trish" was so rude to my kid and talk so aggressively to my husband that we walk out without having single haircut. Her attitude, behavior and voice are very rude. I never seen a Karen in Canada before.
