I checked in online and I was denied service when I reached the location. My kid was coughing little bit and the hair dresser denied saying that she doesn't want to get sick. I asked her if she has a mask, I can ask my kid to wear it or she can wear one but she didn't have any mask and denied service. It was also close to their closing time, may be this was another reason for denying the service. Even in my last visit, I saw the same lady talking rudely to someone on phone, so seems like a pattern for their staff.

Very worst experience The lady was very rude , don't know even how to greet . I'm totally dissatisfied with the haircut she did . Don't know her name but it was very bad experience. I would suggest do not visit this store .
