Bunch of incompetent employees work here. I received a coupon to my email from Great Clips that says "Valid At: participating US area Great Clips salons". I simply asked if this is a "participating" location. The ladies said "I don't know" and that I'd have to get my hair cut first to find out. That's not how promotions work. It is the duty on the customer to ensure the location is participating before requesting service. I’ve been going to Great Clips for a few years. Mostly good experiences. Only concern I’ve had is the constant turnover. So it’s very hard to get a person for repeat appointments
