Horrible. the lady pulled my hair so much that i genuinely believe that if i didn’t move my head in the direction she was pulling my hair, that she would LITERALLY RIP my hair out of my scalp. All of this because she was too lazy to detangle my hair after she got it wet (I have thick hair) The next day my scalp was still sore from the ínstense pulling. i asked for layers. she bluntly cut my hair in the middle and then randomly tried to blend it in to the rest of my hair. i have never seen layers done this way. it looks like ... read more
