Very professional and easy to talk to. I love how they have what my previous cut and preferences. I know my hair is difficult to cut because of my crazy hair colic but they do a great job!

9-23-25. Latrobe location. My son was the only customer in the building with 2 stylists on duty. After the guy ahead of my son left, one stylist got on the phone to deal with the credit card issue they were having and the other stylist started to clean her station and tools. Then they both started doing inventory and neither one acknowledged that my son was sitting directly in front of them and it was his turn for a haircut. Jade was absolutely phenomenal! She easily became my new favorite. Sweet, professional and easy to chat with. She took no time making my mop of hair ready for formal events coming up. I dont usually do reviews, but give this woman a raise!
