I took my son here last week and will not be returning. This was our third trip here, and I watched the lady pull my child's hair so hard she jerked his head. My wife was in tears later about us not causing a scene right there and then.
Rude customer service! Called to let them know i would be there 10 mins before close (driving over and hr from work to get there). Was told ok just check in on line. I did just that, even though I was hung up on before I was done asking my questions. Get there and was refused service " too close to closing" Horrible attitude Will never go back Will not recommend
Went in today January 26th to get a cut. Their service was awesome and the stylist was very sweet and kind. Was #6 on waitlist and because people were late, I was taken back immediately. I asked for a medium fade and a trim on top. She started and after she was done, I looked in the mirror and the front and sides looked great. I paid and left and when I got home, my spouse showed me how bad the back was messed up. The lines were crooked and barely blended. Was in and out no wait, and I couldn't believe how fast she got my son's haircut even with him not sitting still and fighting her every moment
