Lizzie is quite literally the best. 10/10 recommend. she is so nice and knowledgeable. very professional as well. always request her if you can!
The girl here with reddish pink hair has a horrible attitude and yelled at a dude for trying to give us a his spot because the wait for us was gonna be like 30 minutes. He was just trying to be nice. She was disgustingly unprofessional interrupting a conversation between us and the other customer and asking him to leave. The hairstylist seemed to be extremely overly aggressive, sensitive, and I must state again incredibly unprofessional. It was so hard to watch. Poor system organization, rude staff, will not be coming back to this location.
So, my son needed a haircut and I did too... and the lady was gonna finish it without blow drying our hairs... I mean who does that? I mean my boy has long hair and I did too... I tip her just to show kindness in spite of but I forgot my last review was a 3 star. Now it's just 1... I need to remember not to come back...
Lizzie was super friendly and professional! The store was closing soon when I came in but she didn't turn me away. She brought me in and gave me a very clean haircut and beard trim. People like Lizzie are why I only get my hair cut here. Thank you so much
