Walked in, greeted immediately!! We didn't check in online because we had planned to go to sport clips. (Big mistake) We did have about a 40 minute wait time because everyone waited until last minute (just like us ) to get school cuts. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly!! The lady cutting my grandsons hair did an amazing job. Delana I do believe her name was. I will absolutely go back to that location. 10/10
