So a little backstory, I’m scheduled to have a double mastectomy on Monday. I don’t normally use this location, but I have used great clips for many years for a quick shampoo and condition and have never had a problem with poor customer service until today that is I believe her name is Brittney at this location. The people that cut my son's hair are always friendly. I love that I received coupons in the mail for haircuts, that saves me money. My son's hair looks really good.
