I have never had a haircut where the stylist didn’t wet my hair first. She told me she cuts long hair dry because it’s easier to see how it will lays. I told her to wet it to make sure it’s even…she didn’t. I asked her to trim my long bangs that are being grown out to even length in the back. She layered them instead of cutting them straight. I had absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at this salon today, and it was so aggravating that I will not return. After more than a year of coming here and having very nearly the same haircut, and telling the stylist the same exact thing every time, and for some reason not having my notes updated in the system, a stylist refused to clean my face and neck after being told what she was doing was not what I asked for. Terrible experience I literally cut my own hair today for the first time and it turned out better than my last cut here. I would like a refund for the terrible service and treatment.
I've been to this place many times, and it really depends on the stylist you get. Some of the younger ones have been excellent, while some of the old ones haven’t. So be careful when choosing your stylist.
