I am so unbelievably mad right now. My husband went in with a full head of hair perfect for the haircut he actually wanted and the stylist completely ignored the inspiration picture. She didn’t follow it at all and just chopped everything off. He waited so long for this haircut, and now it’s gone. I’m beyond frustrated!!!!!!!!!!! I had a great experience at Great Clips, and I want to give a shoutout to my stylist, Birdie. This was my first and second time having her cut my hair, and both times she did an excellent job. She really listened to what I wanted and understood the type of fade and overall look I was going for—and delivered exactly that.
