I rarely write poor reviews, but I have had one of the worse experiences with haircuts today. I had asked for just half an inch off my head because it was just a little bit too long and I was flat out ignored and the hairstylist went ahead and cut off more than two inches. She might as well have been blind folded. Now I am left itchy necked and angry. They do not know how curly hair works and it was clear from the start.
