Have been coming to this Elmhurst location on York Road for over 10 years and have always been happy with the staff and service.
Our hair stylist (Katie) completely chopped our child’s hair. She had excuses for what she did, but she never explained anything or asked questions. In fact, she said “I think I know what we want to do” when we started. I should’ve trusted my gut right then that she would ruin his hair. We requested a trim of curly hair and tapered sides, while asking she leave the top length alone except to give the hair a short trim for health. WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE! I've gone to this locstion for 20 years but their current staff is horrible, I geuss all the good hairdressers left. I've gotten the same haircut for 20 years, basically a crew cut but all of the specifics are in their system. After telling the hairdresser I wanted that and explaining what it is- she proceeded to give me a completely different hair cut, way too long.
