Kia needs more cutting experience. She destroyed my natural hairline, while criticizing other stylists. Additionally, the cut that she did on my sides is incredibly uneven.

I wasn't impressed with my haircut this visit. My cut was very uneven, I believe that because a 10 haircut will never be a good cut.

I’ve been coming to this Great Clips for over 20 years, so this experience was very disappointing. The manager has been rude to me before, but during my most recent visit, it went too far. One restroom was out of order, and they refused to let my handicapped/autistic son use the other one. We were told to leave and go next door, even though he urgently needed to go. My wife and I both had our hair cut. Both of us were happy with the service. We were able to get the Senior Citizens discount. A few dollars off never hurts. The Ladies who did our hair were nice but not overly nice, just right. We will be back.
