I would give ZERO stars if that was any option. The rudest staff I have ever seen. Go in for a haircut just to hear a stylist talk about me to another client, I hope they shut this location down or find people who actually want to work. Disgraceful and disgusting behavior.

She ruined my haircut. The girl I had last month cut it in a really cut Bob. This girl totally ruined it and it will take 8 weeks or more to grow out to see if the first girl can fix it. Very very disappointed I’ve been going to that salon for 16 years
Robin did a fantastic job with my son’s cut. He was very nervous due to past experience in not getting what he wanted, he loved her from the start and was the happiest he’s ever been after a haircut! He’s a 13 year old with very specific taste and he felt confident in her from the first snip, smiling the entire time. He’s so happy, and so am I. When they recently closed the Cross Keys location I was hoping Char would be moving over to this location and she did! Char has been cutting my hair for at least two years and she is amazing. I absolutely love this Koch park location as it’s next to Schnucks and it has several nice shops next to it. I am not a fan of the parking lot as it has the worst flow but it works.
