I was having a bad day and left feeling even worse. very bad experience. first the hairstylist try to sell me their product while giving me a cut. wasn’t nice or courteous, made a comment about how thick my hair is and how much work it is. at the end when i CHOSE not to tip her with MY money. she gave me a backhanded comment saying “you know we take tips here” then she turns around and says to other he didn’t tip. i politely said ok ty have a nice day. never coming here again and if i do not this stylist. I like it here. Staff ask great questions and are always engaging when I come. I ask for their opinions and they give me their advice. I come here every few months and have yet to have a bad experience. Prices are great and they let you check in online in advance to skip the wait. I love the team here.
I agree with a customer Green M who complained about the pricing for a lining being 20. The person who lined me up was the supervisor and couldn’t duplicate what was in the computer, so I had to pay twice for her skimpy lining, then paid again for the person that knew exactly what to do properly. I think $20 is a bit much for a lining of the back of the neck, not including the front. I just get a full cut now, why not… it’s the same price. So I paid a total of 30, plus a tip.
