Booked an appointment and when you show up, they say sorry you didn't show up in time. When asked what time they say the app deleted it. This is after 80 minutes of waiting. Feb 28, 2026 Now they try to extort your name and phone number before giving you a haircut. Had to just delete my profile on there app. That was the best part to this business, price you pay to save money. $17.99 for 15 minutes.
Diane did a superb job on my haircut, took her time and genuinely made it look good! First time I ever tipped more then what the haircut was worth 🙂
I finally found a place to get my hair cut, Diana was super when she cut my hair, very friendly and knew what was doing, I went to the shop on Rock and 21st street. I'll continue go to Great Clips as long as she is there.
I just got a mirror a saw the disaster my hair is DONT GO just dont it WILL make you cry If the hairstylist cant do something just refuse!!! Kaitlyn or something like that dont i even left her a tip no way i did relized it was that bad, can i get a buzzcut for free? Since its ruined already
